What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)
  • Wrong items received (we'll send the correct item at no charge)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Hygiene Notice: For health and hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals intact. Opened packages cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Start Your Return

Log in to your account and visit My Orders. Select the order and click "Return Items" to initiate the process.

Select Items & Reason

Choose which items you'd like to return and select a reason from the dropdown menu. This helps us improve our products and services.

Print Return Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label. If you can't print, contact customer service and we'll mail you a label.

Pack Your Items

Place items in their original packaging if possible. Include the packing slip. Seal the package securely with the return label attached.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your receipt until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy!

How Exchanges Work

  1. Start a return following the steps above
  2. Select "Exchange" and choose your new size/color
  3. We'll ship your exchange item immediately upon return initiation
  4. Return your original item using the prepaid label

⚡ Fast Exchange: To ensure you receive your exchange quickly, we'll ship your new item as soon as you request an exchange. You have 30 days to return the original item.

Free exchange for items of equal value. No additional charges.

Different Price Exchange

Price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery.

International returns may take 3-4 weeks to process due to customs clearance and shipping times.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular sale items can be returned within 30 days if they meet our return conditions.

What if my item is defective?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Can I return items purchased with a gift card?

Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned. The refund will be issued as store credit or back to the original gift card.

How do I track my return?

Use the tracking number on your return label to track your package. Once we receive your return, you'll get an email confirmation within 2 business days.

Can I return items without a receipt?

If you ordered online, we can look up your order using your email address. For in-store purchases without a receipt, we may offer store credit at the current selling price.

What if I received the wrong item?

We apologize for any mix-ups! Contact us immediately and we'll send the correct item via express shipping at no charge. You can return the wrong item using a prepaid label.
